1. About TradieWise

TradieWise Pty Ltd provides admin support, workflow optimisation, quoting assistance, lead follow-ups, call-handling, business system setup and related services tailored for Australian trades and service businesses.

These Terms apply to all website users, clients, and visitors.

2. Use of This Website

You agree that you will:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Not copy, modify, redistribute or exploit any website content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or block access for any misuse.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Service Agreements

Any pricing, service packages or call-out fees displayed on the website are general guides only and may change at any time without notice.

Formal pricing will be confirmed:

  • In writing

  • Via proposal or email

  • Through a signed service agreement

  • Or through an approved subscription plan

TradieWise is not bound by website pricing mistakes, outdated information or typographical errors.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients using TradieWise services agree to:

  • Provide accurate information to allow us to perform services

  • Grant necessary system access (e.g., ServiceM8, Fergus, email, VoIP, CRM)

  • Authorise communication with customers, suppliers or staff as required

  • Ensure any third-party software licences or subscriptions are valid and paid

TradieWise is not responsible for service interruptions caused by inaccurate information or failure to provide access.

5. Call Handling & Quote Follow-Up Services

When clients engage us to manage calls or quote follow-ups, you agree that:

  • You authorise TradieWise to act on your behalf in communication with your customers

  • We will use reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee outcomes such as sales conversions, customer responses or job bookings

  • You are responsible for any commitments you instruct us to make on your behalf

We take no responsibility for losses arising from instructions you provide.

6. Third-Party Platforms

TradieWise may use third-party tools and integrations (e.g., ServiceM8, Fergus, Xero, VoIP providers, form systems, email systems, CRMs).

You acknowledge that:

  • These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies

  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors or data loss on third-party systems

  • You authorise us to access or manage these platforms solely for service delivery

7. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Services may be billed weekly, fortnightly or monthly

  • Payments are due by the date shown on the invoice

  • Late payments may incur service suspension until the account is settled

Subscriptions, call packs or packages may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with your agreement.

8. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel services by giving written notice as specified in your service agreement or onboarding documents.

TradieWise may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • You breach these Terms

  • You engage in abusive, unlawful or unsafe behaviour

  • We reasonably believe continued service is not commercially viable

Any outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, branding, images, icons, layouts, and software—is the intellectual property of TradieWise Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You must not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute
    Without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TradieWise is not liable for any loss, damage, downtime or costs arising from the use of this website or our services.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) loss of income, missed calls, lost opportunities, system outages, customer complaints, or third-party platform failures.

  • Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or a refund of the service fee paid for the affected period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
However:
